Alaska Tribute

Let me start by saying that my kids absolutely love animals! Every time we see this moose around our house Kali get's all excited and yells..."my moose friend is back - she missed me!"

So on this eight-below-zero morning I'm reminded why I love Alaska and how grateful I am that my husband instantly loved it just as much, and that my children will get to grow up here. So the following, in no particular order, are my favorite "Alaska" pictures from the last few years.

New glasses...yea!

I love getting new glasses...without any scratches everything seems so crisp, and remains that way up until after the first few times they're pulled off my face. So for the next few days I'm going to enjoy my crisp, clear view of the world!

Finally...

I've been meaning to get this thing started for a long time now. It seems like every day at least once, I find myself thinking, 'you know if I had a blog, I would write about this...' now I can. I think I'll start with a picture of my kids since they are what inspire that thought most days!
